| Upon the successful completion of
your two years at IBS there will be an optional missions trip. In years
past, at IBS, each class has been sent to take the Gospel to the nation
of Mexico. This is a life changing experience and is provided so that
graduates can be doers of the Word and practice that which has been
imparted to them during their two years in Bible School. We assure you,
however, that this trip makes a huge impact not only on the students
but also on the people of Mexico. Our teams not only take along the
Gospel but also food, clothing and toys that are given, to the people
as an expression of the love of Jesus reaching out to those in need.
There is an outreach ministry in villages as well as in the local churches
in the areas where we stay. The class of 1999 had the privilege of ministering
in an orphanage as well as a major prison in Toreon, Mexico. Many souls
were saved and touched by the healing power of Jesus Christ. All students
that allow God to use them on the field come home changed. This is an
opportunity you don't want to miss. |
