Isaiah 60:31 (Amplified) says, “Those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired." Do you ever get to the point where you are like a dog chasing its tail around in circles, because you have family, work, Christian commitments, with no time to think. STOP! Take a deep breath and begin and end your day with the Lord. Make up your mind that you are going to spend time with Him and you are going to let His peace that passes all understanding remain in you.God wants to spend time with you, He wants to fellowship with you. If you are not careful you will find yourself only going to Him when you or someone else needs ministering to.

This is not a good foundation for fellowship. Hebrews 10:22 (Amplified) says, “Let us all come forward and draw near with true (honest and sincere) hearts in unqualified assurance and absolute conviction engendered by faith (by that leaning of the entire human personality on God in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom and goodness), having our hearts sprinkled and purified from a guilty (evil) conscience and our bodies cleansed with pure water.” God is saying, "Come to Me".You are the one to make the move. He has said come near in faith, not because you have earned it but because it is His desire. "For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good-not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing. But comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne.” I know that the Father God is desiring for His children to know His love and to come to Him. Won’t you heed His call today? He is waiting
